Vehicle of the month

The museum has recently been donated a 1927 McCormack Deering tractor, Model W-30 by Judith Grills of "Glenorchy."

The tractor has a lengthy history in Judiths family having been purchased by her Grandfather Fred Makim in 1941.  It was used on the family property "Springfield" by him & then by his son Allen Makim.

Judith started driving the tractor on the farm at a very early age & bought it at the property downsize auction in the 1980's.  It was transported to her marital home Glenorchy where it remained until being donated.
